The Agents Association represents over 1,000 members across a twelve-state region.

FOCUS GROUPS

Background:

A selected group of field-force representatives who have been identified by The Agents Association in the eight multiline states and the life partner states provide timely feedback for discussions about a particular topic, led by a moderator or business lead. Participants in an agent focus group are selected based on the need or objective.

A focus group typically focuses on qualitative research, which means it is an exploratory, rather than conclusive, type of research. It focuses on attitudes, opinions, beliefs, and values. It can reveal factual, decisive information about how, what, and why agents think and work the way they do. That input is crucial for developing effective solutions for the field force and FBFS home office to serve our client-members.
